Briar Meadows is a lovely area with lots of mature trees. A little off the beaten track, but you get more for your money, and it's nice to get streets with big lots and lots of landscaping. Spanish Springs is 15-20 minutes by Cart, but Mulberry Plaza is right around the corner! The area is around ten years old, so some friendships have been formed. However new people are moving in all the time. We've found the older areas to be very friendly. Hang out at the pool and you'll make new friends for sure.
