Next time you are hanging out watch how many folks actually come to a complete stop. Wheels completely stop rotating, not .02 MPH, zero rotation. Like I said, I always do that

Seems to me there are two types of folks that come to stop signs:
- They are going to go unless they see a reason to stop.
- They are going to fully stop unless there is a reason to go.
Even though neither may fully stop, there is a subtle difference between the two. The folks in category one scare the heck out of me, especially coming out of tunnels.
Drive like the other person is clueless and you should be fine. Be safe.
