Not all of us have been sold a bill of goods with the high-carb diet. I have always said we should measure carbs and have one serving with each of three meals. Four servings per day at most. Is that HIGH carb? I don't think so.
As far as low fat: I don't believe in high or low. I believe in getting the right amount. About one (measured) serving per meal.
As far as low protein: Again, I don't believe in high or low, I believe in getting the right amount for our daily needs, and this can be calculated. Furthermore, protein from plant sources is the least risky as it will not promote cancer.
