Workers seem to be like that every place I have lived and we move a lot. I have a corner lot where I live know and any time anyone has work done the workers park their trucks in front of my house as once they get down the steep driveways below me they have trouble getting out. They sit in their trucks have lunch and throw the empty bags boxes cans and worst of all glass bottles into the trees in my front yard.
We have a littering law but it is rarely enforced. It is just one of those their mama didn't raise them right things.
