Is that not the same argument for using a seatbelt in a cart? Wouldn't you be strapping a child to a cart that could overturn?
In all honesty, strapping kids in like a golf bag is no different than strapping them in the rear seats....they're just standing instead of sitting.
I just don't see the big problem here... My clubs have ridden around, strapped on my cart, for over 2 year and not a scratch!
