Hopefully, there will never be a horrible accident regarding the kids driving the golf cart or being strapped in where the golf clubs go. I do not understand the stupidity of the grandparents or the parents of these kids letting this happen. We were driving down our street last week and saw a golf cart weaving back and forth in the path so we slowed down before realizing that a grandfather had a child about 2 sitting in his lap driving the cart and another toddler sitting beside him. We were afraid to pass him because of the weaving of the cart. It would bother me terribly if a child was hurt because - again - of the stupidity of the grandparents or the parents.
