can one drive the rv to the beach and expect adequate parking - or do you need a car to drive there?
I was thinking the same exact thoughts about the possibility of mosquitos, especially with being near a marsh. I checked the Wild Duck Campground and found it to be very nice when one doesn't have kids and want to interact with people more their own age.

I also read 4 reviews on Wild Duck with 3 positive and 1 negative review. I won't bother going into detail, but one of the positive ones would be enough to convince me to try the CG, and the negative one... well, let's just say that it wasn't very convincing. I found no mention about mosquitos in anything I read in spite of my including the term in my searches.

Now I would have chosen as the OP did, but I would still split up the month by reserving elsewhere for the second part of the month if you have the option to cancel it without loss of deposit, just in case you wind up not liking Wild Duck once there.
