Without knowing the exact words that were spoken, I'm at a loss to figure this out. "downright mean, hostile, confrontational and almost cruel" is totally subjective to each person. But supposing it really was that way, why wasn't it reported to the moderator when it happened? And if it was reported, why does it need to be rehashed now unless the purpose of this thread is to stir the pot?
