I've made this and it is wonderful. Nice to have chilled and ready in the frig.
The Mediterranean Diet has so many great dishes to enjoy.
Another favorite is Caprese Salad which alternates thick ripe juicy tomato slices with rounds of Buffalo Mozarella Cheese, BASIL LEAVES, drizzled with balsamic vinagrette/olive oil (or served on the side)......
