U having been making a lot of Med diet posts, miss leading IMO that is healthiest diet when in fact it is not.

that's fine but at the same there is enough scientific evidence that anyone with cardio vascular disease that consumes oils is on their way to increased problems by damaging their endothelium* linings.
I wouldn't say anything if you cautioned your comments with that info.
