I will agree with the food over medicine bit...........(forks over scalpels)

Much healthier to just eat healthy than end up with numerous pharmaceuticals to take and/or surgeries.

Processed food is NOT good for anyone; ditto for all the high fructose corn syrup in every single packaged food.......due to King Corn.

This critique re the pros and cons of “Forks Over Knives” theory is quite lengthy but well worth reading.....just keep scrolling down.

We saw the video and read the book, etc. quite some time ago..............it all has to be approached with an open mind.

Those who wish to follow this path are very strong in their beliefs..........and if it works for them, that is excellent news, as it has relieved their pain.
