Those people wouldn't think about chairs....plus "elderly" ( that means anybody older than me, BTW) have enough trouble just getting there, let alone dragging along a chair!

I agree with BOB abd BEV and several others who have posted. Why should the majority suffer because of a few. Just last week at 1:30 in the afternoon I saw three ladies tieing several chairs together with rope and plastic bags. Someone representing the entertainment department should create a sign stating "NO SEATS CAN BE RESERVED"..And up to 30 minutes before the music or whatever, is scheduled to begin, someone also from the entertainment department should police the square and undo any seats tied together. It's an outrage that persons are allowed to tie together a group of choice chairs, return home and expect the rest of us to honor saved seats.
