We love in Mira Mesa which is across the road from Valle Verde. It is nice small village. There are no mature trees on the lots there. The field you are talking about is either owned by the farm on 466 or it is part of the park on rolling acres rd. nothing is developed on it. There are no plans to put in a super Walmart or any thing on that piece of land. It is close to shopping and the town square of Spanish springs. It is a cute house. I haved walked by there many times. Like the idea of a pool and you can't see it because it has a wall around it. The pool at Chula Vista can get crowded in the winter and the family pool isn't far away. I like this area not too busy on the roads to get to shopping and the grocery stores here are also not crowded as other threads state that in the newer areas they are. Go to google maps and put on the address and you can see what is around the house.
