There are no plans to put in a super Walmart or any thing on that piece of land. It is close to shopping and the town square of Spanish springs. It is a cute house. I haved walked by there many times. Like the idea of a pool and you can't see it because it has a wall around it. The pool at Chula Vista can get crowded in the winter and the family pool isn't far away. I like this area not too busy on the roads to get to shopping and the grocery stores here are also not crowded as other threads state that in the newer areas they are. Go to google maps and put on the address and you can see what is around the house.

Thank you kindly for the information. A smaller village would be nice as that's what we are used to in our neighborhood, plus being close to things. Makes it easier all around.
I really appreciate your quick response. We just dug out our map and see Rolling Acres Road, etc., etc. We did drive around that area on our first visit.......but it's been over a year since we were there.
The home has been nicely redone on the inside. Probably will not be there when we are ready to buy......but it's nice to know of a smaller village with some empty land behind it....or to the side of it.
If it was my decision alone to make, I'd buy one now.........but hubby wants to wait until we sell this house. He thinks there will be a zillion choices, which I realize there are.........but it might all be too overwhelming........so trying to narrow down some choices and areas.
I do value your input, especially since you've walked through that area.
