I walked thru the home last week on an open house. The open wooded area makes for a nice private back yard for all the houses along the street. The home was built when one could customize almost anything so the floor plan and pool arrangement is quite unique to TV. Square footage is not as large as current premier models. The kitchen and bath basics are somewhat dated to the time the home was built.
The village itself is great, private and quiet, and relatively small. It even has its own large pond.
As for the wooded area, you have to research who owns it. As others who live on the borders of TV have found out, anything can happen to undeveloped property: gas stations, medical complexes, apartments, etc. Assume anything can and will be rezoned if it will bring in more tax dollers for the local city.
