OK, now that's the kind of plan we all should have. Can you imagine our price negotiating power with a cooperative sysem of purchasing on power washing, lawn mowing, lawn care in general, or whatever else we need? Every village could do that. I'm going to suggest it to our newly formed neighborhood association in Sanibel. Thanks Bill.
