Still there is truth in the message
I think that regardless of the source of the info, the idea of creating a more healthy internal environment or "soup" has great merit. If you can maintain an alkaline, oxygen and antioxidant rich environment by healthy eating and thinking and being, then the cells in your body will not have the environment to support mutating and multiplying excessively to create tumors.
The eating part is something that has been explored quite extensively on this forum, but the effects of positive thinking and being are as important if not more so, as our thinking affects our perception which guides our responses to life choices and situations, and the goal to maintain a healthy internal "soup" is very much affected by the way our cells are vibrating.
Anyone familiar with energy work and muscle testing can demonstrate how words, colors, thoughts and in fact all information that we receive through our senses, affect our body's ability to maintain a healthy vibration. Chiropractors use this system all the time to find the areas that need attention. Eastern medicine uses aspects of that for diagnosing.
We so often forget that we are not just physical beings, but emotional, mental and spiritual beings and I believe that the physical signs are the last place the body talks to us when we haven't paid attention to the non-physical aspects of ourselves.
We are all so unique that there really isn't a one size fits all way to guarantee optimal health, and we are all doing the best we can, given all that we personally know and can incorporate.
But this article at least may provide some food for thought for those who are inclined or interested in pursuing this line of thought. It will resonate with them and they can explore the ideas through so many related articles and books. It is not new and it is not "wrong", It is just another way of dealing with your health and wellbeing.
