Where can I get a Spiral Perm?
I have been told by hairstylists in Cocoa Beach that I won't be able to find anyone in Florida who will do a Spiral Perm. I found someone who gave me one this past November but since we are Villagers now I would like to find someone local. Thanks for any input. Nancy
