This is not a very large group. The third group seem to think any grassy area is suitable to be their pets bathroom, and feel no need to clean up. They are the ones mostly responsible for the mess at the postal stations and on golf courses. I always assume these are the same people that don't rake bunkers. They are a small group, but can be a source of aggravation beyond there numbers.
