I smell bait being tossed on the waters!!!!
Some of us support whole heartedly the effort by the police to ticket the violators. Even to do so with a special force that does only that and funded by it's efforts.
The ones that amuse me are the ones who always come back with the police should be doing something more important. Nice try!!
