It has a lot to recommend it, manicured beautifully, friendly people, lots of activities, golf cart paths everywhere, relatively safe, etc. However, like any community, it has its positive and negative. I guess if I had to consider the negative, it would be that there really are no seasons to enjoy, and the population is without the energy of youth, there are a lot of slow drivers, and the snowbirds clog everything up in the winter. That said, come for a visit and judge for yourself. It is a wonderful place, and we're all waiting to welcome you.
