am sure you are aware that on a road with more than one lane, the left lane is a passing lane and the right lane is for thru traffic...why then, do you not obey the rule of the road?
what is to be gained from driving like a moving speed bump other than aggrevating other drivers and provoking road rage within them?...unless of course you are a deputized county/state motor vehicle official on duty at the time you behave in such fashion - which i highly doubt.

Wrong, this is not an interstate. The left lane is also used to make left turns and to enter a roundabout properly. There are no minimum speeds required so you can go as slow as you want. Speed limit means maximum speed allowed.
