From the model tour, I like the openness of the kitchen, dining room, living room and additional windows. It seems very bright.

We bought an Aspen in January. It was my first choice of models bc I didn't need a dining room. I put a 72"glass table that seats 6 in the kitchen area, plus 2 bar stools. Also have an extended lanai with a 42" table- plenty of places to eat!! Bought it pre built and it had everything we wanted- 2 1/2 garage, stretches on front bedroom, tile, and extended lanai. Like that the Aspen did not have 4 windows in the master bedroom. More wall space for furniture. Great design and plenty big enough for two people. Get back to me if you want to see it.
