Remember, this may just be at that one real estate office.
Owner's suite sounds more opulent than master bedroom.
I have always been under the impression that a suite had to include more than one room. I have seen plenty of master bedrooms (main or largest bedroom) that do not have a bathroom attached to it. Those would not be the "owner's suite", would they?
How many of us grew up in homes where there was one bathroom for the 2 or three bedrooms in the house? I know I did.
