Before we bought here in 2010, it took me about 5 years to convince my wife, it is the right thing to do. Every year we visited TV to stay with friends or try Life Style Packages. First year we visited, my wife was shocked at all the grey hair vistas at a restaurant. I did too. Finally the big snow storm of 2010 in Virginia convinced her that my plan was sane provided we are still snow birds. Now I think she is resigned to the fact that we will become Froggies in a few years. She likes her friends up north and many are scaring her about the hot, hot summer in Florida but now she has many friends in TV too. It is a slow process but you need to be patient. At some point, you may have to do what my friend did. He said I am getting a place in TV and you can visit anytime as long as you want. His wife chose the house and they are Froggies now.
