He doesn't try to upsell you and will build what you want and only make suggestions based on many years experience. His company did a large job for us which included full glass enclosure and a bird cage that encompassed a 6' x 28' grassy area for our two dogs and a large patio area to enjoy the outdoors without having to deal with the love bugs. They don't take a single dime up front and they waited five weeks for us to return to TV to inspect and then pay. Not many companies doing that these days.
