Many of the women I know, both single and married, have had various procedures. Yesterday I was at the gym. Probably most of the women there, from their twenties into their seventies had had some work done on them. Some of the men I know have had a little work done, too, eye lifts, liposuction on their love handles, and rarely, a facelift. Although it might not be plastic surgery I know some women as well as men who have had hair replacement procedures. My feeling is if a person is truly unhappy with his or her appearance and has the money, why not get it done? It can positively change one's life.

I totally agree with buggyone about the lips and Botox can be and in my opinion is frequently overdone. I have seen the results and they ain't pretty. That is for sure.

It is a different world where people just age and get old , wrinkled and decrepid....but gracefully. We definitely have been here too long.
