and they are perfect for the area! the gnomes are pretty neat, too! there is nothing sterile and/or cookie-cutter about those properties! and their lots are larger with mature landscaping. and there is little or no traffic to interfere with, walking, biking and enjoying the peaceful nature of the area...but watch out on yard sale days!
