99% of TV residents wouldn't even think about walking or biking through somebody's yard. Then there is the 1%! Logic would say that one walking or biking is doing it, at least somewhat, for exercise and would take the long way to wherever instead of a short cut across someone's private yard. Obviously, logic doesn't apply. A small sign makes sense to me----something like the signs I see on golf course property where people are going onto private property to retrieve golf balls. People are interesting.
