I think labeling anyone who doesn't think everything is perfect here, or saying it is driven by a difference in politics, as having some kind of
"envy"...is an insult to the intelligence of reasonable folks.
The inverse of that is saying those who only see rainbows and unicorns, must be in the developers pocket...or only do so because they share his political views.
Neither is correct.
Some of us who are smart enough to recognize the good with the bad, actually have it pretty darn good too.... and are far from envious.
The biggest criticism I would have of this site (which, all in all...is pretty darn good
)....is that certain forum bullies are allowed to try and dominate others who don't share their views.
I would hope we are all adults by now (questionable in some cases...I know
) and can have disagreements, without accusations of some kind of hidden agenda.
As to anonymity, this is the internet fer cripes sake.
Anyone can read this site and there are some real fruitcakes in the world.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that those who keep wanting to know the real identity of others (especially those they disagree with)...are the exact types that are prone to make trouble in real life for those they don't like.
