I do agree that everyone has an obligation to avoid everyone as possible and that legal right of way does not give anyone the right to hit anyone mor anything else.
I'm assuming they're called Multi Modal Lanes since they are shared by golf carts, bicyclists, and walkers/joggers. If all lane users share the lanes respectfully, everyone should be safe and happy. Yes I do wear rose colored glasses.
