Just had a conversation yesterday with a neighbour about how people are handing over their lives to people in "authority" who they think have more understanding about their bodies than they do. It is your life and your body and the information is all available. Take some active charge of your life as you have to live the consequences of choices you make. No one forces you to do or take anything. It is all in your hands (except of course in an acute emergency) and it behooves all of us to check out all the choices we make daily. It is your choice in the food you choose, the stores and restaurants etc. you support, the lifestyle choices you make, the people you hang out with, the movies and tv you watch........the list is endless. If we keep blindly supporting choices that are governed by the profits of the companies, we allow ourselves to be easily led down a path of their choosing.

It seems that more people are waking up, but we as a people have to get out of our "victim" stance and become part of the "take action" group in order to get change to happen. It has been said that if you keep doing what you've always done, you'll continue to get what you've always gotten. Change only happens at a different level of consciousness so that is why it is so important to keep getting more info. That's the only way I know of to raise consciousness. And I know that "driving your own bus" isn't always "easy", but it can be as exciting as you want to make it. And at least the consequences are of your own making which is very empowering and satisfying.
