I got stopped at every single light for two miles because they are so out of whack.
One morning, I left at 4:40 am, and once I got north of Aldi, I got stopped at every single light for no reason. There weren't any cars waiting or approaching the lights from the side streets, but they turned red anyway. It appears they have no sensors, which is kind of archaic for an area with that population.
Do the local governments ever attempt to find ways to ease the gridlock?
