Calling the Home Warranty Department is a good idea. I don't mean to be unsympathetic to bjoyce, but I'd be surprised if anyone could provide the Developer's personal e- mail information! If anyone gets it, please post it here! There are probably thousands of home owners who would like to make some suggestions directly to the Developer.
