Thanks. And hey...we'll take all the advice we can get!
Our budget is a bit on the modest side, but it still looks like we have a lot to choose from. We're pretty open as to style and all. That's why we want to rent for a month...so we can get a feel for the place, explore some models/open houses, see what areas we might like etc., etc.
