Diane,
If it makes you feel any better, we have lived in Tampa for 15 1/2 years and I have "jitters" about moving to T.V.
We have looked at T.V. for 10 years and have just bought. I think no matter how many times you've visited, and no matter how far you live, MOVING is just very stressful.
I just keep taking it a day at a time and reminding myself
the end result will be worth it.
