The rec. center employee asked me if was planning on attending the Walk Away The Pounds Class which was due to start in 15 minutes. I said yes. The rec center employee told me that normally I would not be admitted to the class until just before it started to give residents the first chance to attend the class in case it was crowded, but that she was going to let me in to the class early as she thought there would only be about 35 people in the class, and the class would not be full. So I attended the class and enjoyed it very much. I would estimate there were between 35 and 40 people in that class. I asked one of the regular attendees of this class, and she said that during snowbird season, there are usually about 60 or 70 people in this class.

My question is, the next time I rent in TV, am I better off paying for the $50 resident ID that landlords mention in their listings so that I would have easier access to classes? The next time I rent in TV I would like to take a few more classes like Walk Away the Pounds, and I would rather not get turned away if I only had a guest ID card instead of the $50 resident ID card.
Some people renting their homes, INCLUDE the resident ID. Now some will say but they add the cost of the ID, not always, the total rent must be competitive. I've seen them "ID included and if you leave it as found, no cleaning fee added".
