Default How to furnish an Amarillo's Florida room?

Last month I bought a three bedroom Amarillo ranch house. At the rear, where usually a lanai would exist, mine has a Florida room, i.e., windows all around, but it is heated and cooled, and the soon-to-be tile floor is on the same level as the rest of the house. There is no door separating it from the dining area, just an archway. To complete the "picture", there is am equal-sized lanai to the left of the Florida room, with a short step down, and plastic sliding windows all around. [believe it or not, there is then a walk-in closet size "birdcage" to the left of the lanai !]

So, I am a single guy, and I don't really see a need or best use for the Florida room. I'd be inclined to just leave it empty for now until someone eventually told me what I should do with it, but I'd like to rent it out part of the year, so...... empty might not work well!

I had seen many house-for-sale photos usually showing another table there with 2 to 4 chairs, but it would be so close to the dining room table. How often do people actually use such tables? In my case, I have the adjoining lanai, in which, again, it seems most people place a patio type table with chairs.
So, is it best to make a Florida room a smaller version living room? A love seat and chair, as a place to mainly just read? The previous owner had a tv cable outlet there, but I am not sure that a tv would get much use there, since I plan to have a big one in living room, and others in bedrooms.

I guess the bottom line question is, since I have no strong preference, what would most potential tenants prefer?

Thank you in advance to anyone who has even read this far!
