Premier Parking
I booked my reservation for Premier Parking back in November, but I called in March to cancel (within the time limit to cancel) and was told I will get a refund. I called at least a dozen times to find out where my refund is and was told they will send me a check. I called again this week and was told it is on the way. Told the supervisor this is going on since March and all she kept on saying was "it will be mailed". I went on line to the Better Business Bureau and saw all the complaints against them, mainly for the same reason. I filed a complaint against them with the BBB and hopefully I will get this resolved. All I can say is I will NEVER use them again. I also faxed a letter to the main office in Tampa and never got a response. I guess they feel they have so many customers, one less customer doesn't matter to them.
