Just remember that you might be visiting colder areas sometime in the future and maybe that heavy coat could be stored just in case. The weather can seem quite chilly some winters and we do have freezes and frost now and then. You won't need clothing as warm as needed for areas with cold winters, probably not need heavy woolen sweaters or slacks....though after a few years here, the temp you start to feel cold at will be different than when living in colder climes.

One thing to remember here, in the summer you may want to put on a light zip up sweatshirt, jacket, etc. when you go INDOORS. The air conditioning may feel really cold when coming in from outdoors.
