Also have BrightHouse. Excellent customer service and prompt technicians. Small issue with wireless signal.....had router placed in front bedroom and signal is too weak to reach lanai. Looking to re-locate router to better location or get a signal booster. I like their "Seasonal Hold" option when you're away for more than two months i believe it is.
