FIRST, i WOULD DO ALL GROUT IN THE HOUSE. i HAVE GOTTEN MOLD ON THE SHOWER WALLS. SECOnDLY, it is so easy to do it yourself why hire someone. Get a lambswool applicator on a long pole and wet it with sealer. All it takes is to rub it over the grout and let it dry. We did a second coat. Both baths were done in under an hour counting drying time. Try to keep it mostly over the grout lines and it absorbs leaving les residue. After it has been sealed, clean it with water and vinegar fror 6 months. If the residue is excessive, buff wit a dry towel. To avoid getting mold we leave the fan in the bathroom running until the shower stall is dry. Good luck!
