OH please. There aren't too many sophisticated things that make a restaurant a restaurant. Even if all of the cookers and coolers and slicers and dicers and dishes were replaced and the place scrubbed over well and repainted and new tables and chairs added, that isn't the biggest price tag in the world. The Morses know how to furbish and refurbish and have a handle on the best prices.
