Thank you so much...I will look into that type and call Lenhart Electric. I'm assuming they'll know where it should go, etc.
Also, we are aware of the sales tax both state and county. :-) We have vacation homes in both Lakeland and Kissimmee where the tax in 12% and 13%. It seems like Sumter county is a bargain....We also have the emergency lighting but it was already included when the Kissimmee house was built in 2001. So I wasn't sure if it was a county or state law. Thanks for clarifying. Is there a rule as to where the fire extinguisher and the house plan should be kept. I know they are required too.
Thanks so much for any tips you can give us. Even though we are experienced with short term rentals in other counties we know things can be different in TV so we don't want to assume anything. :-)
