Your response is certainly appreciated, but I have no idea what you're talking about. How do I get a different web browser? Chrome? Firefox? I am clueless. I just want Microsoft to just fix it since they broke it. I am using Internet Explorer. If I was still working, I'd get the I.T. folks to help; but over the years they spoiled me. Thank you again.
