Default An indirect way to import isn't it?
I assume that when you clicked the little arrow to the right of the word "outlook" and the people folder it was empty.

Jayhawk you are hoping that if you install Chrome as a browser when it pulls info in from her hard drive it will reimport her contacts list, maybe yes maybe no.

Trying to Re-import them directly from her hard drive would I think be step two for me. I put in step by step instructions that worked for me once before that I copied off ehow see my post.

If the contact list is no longer on her hard drive she is going to have to get Microsoft to download it from their cloud. As I understand it that is what happened they moved everything off to the cloud because peoples computers and phones didn't have the memory for the amount of emailing we do.
