TX Roadhouse might not be Old World Florida, but its design has a cowboy look about it with rough boards, peanuts on the floor, etc.. Plus, they sell more steak than anything else. Just seems like a good fit to me! Plus they serve good food at very reasonable prices. It would certainly fits the theme better than City Fire Grill...IMHO.
