Restaurants just can't have entrees over the twelve dollar range and survive. Maybe for a treat or once in awhile will people spend for a more expensive meal, but not usually.

Texas Roadhouse is not expensive. Unless you buy their special behind glass cuts. Just because people live in The Villages does not make them poor. Otherwise they would not live in The Villages. But, many of the place mentioned are right outside "The Bubble".
More important would be to have restaurants stay open later and movies to run later. Don't close everything down at 2130.
