We have a PC that has a window pop up saying "Windows Installer" and it cannot be by passed and appears to impact the PC. As an example it will not let us reinstall HP D110 printer which was removed when fixing the system.
Does anyone know (a) what the hack Window Installer is and (b) how the heck to remove it??
