All I know to check is the lint trap, which I clean after every use. Is there anything else easy/obvious I should look at before I call for a repair?
Thanks.

Check the outside vent. It can get clogged with lint, or if it isnt fully covered with a wire guard or a flap, a bird can build a nest. Don't ask me how I know.
